About the Author
Walter St. John is a semi-retired writer with management experience in private and public sectors as well as serving as an officer in the US Army. He and his wife and dogs live in the outskirts of Bangor, Maine. His education includes a BA degree in speech from the University of Arizona, and a doctorate in management and counseling from the University of Southern California. Dr. St. John's career includes being an executive with the Hershey Company, director of management services for a National Food Trade Association-NYC, a principal and assistant superintendent of schools, assistant vice chancellor of a state university and president of the Management Communication Institute.
