Growing up in the sixties, with guitar in hand, she began turning her stories into poems and her poems into folk songs which she sometimes performed at local gatherings and auditoriums. She has since added many credits to her name as a musician, writer, narrator, real estate agent and local historian. She is active in her local community and chamber of commerce. Peggy is the proud mother of five grown children, three boys and two girls, with a total of ten grandchildren. Today, Peggy lives with her longtime partner Dennis in the beautiful foothills of Mingus Mountain just outside of Jerome. The two of them own and operate a rock and gift shop in Jerome called \"Arizona Discoveries\". They love to inform and entertain the tourists who drop by their gift shop.
