David Fiske, a genealogist and researcher, is a retired librarian who resides in Ballston Spa, New York. However, his roots are in New England. In addition to working with Eric Stanway to document the Madame Sherri story, he has recently completed a book on abandoned places in the State of Maine, titled Forgotten on the Kennebec: Abandoned Places and Quirky People.
