Ross started RT Films in 1985, after having spent seven years at Channel 7 Perth as Commercials Director and Program Director. In 1997, seeing an opportunity to expand into Asia, he opened RT Films in Indonesia, establishing RT as a quality, award-winning production house in the Southeast Asian region.
