She attended Elloree Elementary school and graduated from Elloree High school in 1985. Her parents are the late Mr. Joseph Sheard and the late Mrs. Bell Glover Sheard. Joeann has two brothers, Leroy Sheard and James Sheard, and a sister, Laurie Sheard. Joeann has two children, her daughter, LeeAnn Brooks, her son-in-law, Randy Brooks who is a retired veteran, and a son, Christopher Sheard. Joeann also has a few adorable grandchildren. Joeann's hobbies are reading, writing, decorating, and watching lifetime movies. She is also a pet owner to her little dog named Dennis. He's a shih Tzu.
