Description
Early childhood experiences significantly impact a person's identity, perceptions, behavior, and how we navigate our adult life. Throughout my career as a professional mental health therapist, I've witnessed an increasing number of men suffering from the same adverse effects of childhood that I did. This observation motivated me to take a deeper look at the issue, convey the cause and impact, and offer an answer to clients' many challenges. I chose to pursue an education in psychology to learn more about the brain and the hows and whys of our behaviors. I learned that the mind is the gatekeeper of our progression, regression, or stagnation.
Having personally overcome self-esteem issues and negative environmental influences, I counsel other men and equip them with scientific and practical applications to address self-doubt, low self-esteem, and insecurities stemming from adverse childhood experiences. I've noticed an increase in male clients who have displayed problems with social habits disrupting their encounters with women with whom they want to develop a
relationship. By creating a nonjudgmental atmosphere and being transparent with clients regarding my relationship woes, men I've encountered in practice feel safe being vulnerable and asking questions that other men and I have kept secret for years: How do I get a super-bad woman? Am I good enough to get a super-hot woman? Why would any woman want to talk to me? Do I have what it takes? However, the most important question at the root of all the prior questions is, "How do I address and overcome my insecurities?"
When men fail to address our insecurities, we tend to overcompensate in other areas of our lives. This suggests that we employ strategic tactics to prevent others from seeing our insecurities. Things we use to deflect negative attention from our insecurities give us a sort of temporary confidence.
Unfortunately, the key issue with temporary confidence is that it always leaves us. My intention in writing this book is to share with men the language of women. Therefore, Se7en S's to Getting Any Woman answers men's questions and focuses on helping men exude confidence to attract women, while guiding them to develop into robust and intuitive mates.
