Admitted by the University of Chicago to obtain a Master's degree in Economics, instead he decided to return to Cuba to fight the Castro regime. On November 24, 1960, he was arrested again while attempting to join the anti-Castro guerrillas in the \u003cem\u003eEscambray\u003c\/em\u003e mountains in Cuba. Convicted to 30 years in prison. Finally released on parole on September 8, 1976. Arrived in the United States with his family on August 30, 1979. Attended the University of Miami School of Law. Presently he is an attorney, member of the Florida Bar. Practices in the field of Immigration Law. The first, his childhood and youth until he is arrested and sent to prison for his activities against the Castro regime.
