Led by a retired gangsta (Jerrod), the Toe Taggin’ Posse Music Group, (Train, Magic, Wild Bill, Lou, and 4 Hunnid), take over Baltimore’s rap scene with ease. Their rap rivals, Slaughtermore Records, doesn’t take the dethroning on the chin, and quickly retaliated. But not with witty versus or sixteen bars. Bullets are their ammo. The Toe Taggin’ Posse is left without a choice but to delay their retaliation because of the watchful eyes of the ITTSU police.
Questionable events occur amongst the rap crew when the label’s A&R Tommy Gunz, signs the group's first female act, Queen Azarah. Not everyone is smitten with the R&B songstress’ pretty face and flawless body. One member of the crew feels in his soul that something’s not right with the talented singer. He begins to dig and finds something he wishes he hadn’t.
The label’s main hustle is in jeopardy when someone decides to empty their brain to the ITTSU police. With all the mounting evidence pointing to TTPMG’S newest recruit, will the dangerous rap crew do what obviously needs to be done? Or will the informant cripple their empire?
