About the Author
Ed Schneyer was born on Long Island, New York. While attending the State University of New York College at Oneonta he attained a degree in Childhood Education and met his wife, Desiree'. In 2005, he began his career teaching 5th grade. Along with being a teacher, Ed has also been a dedicated volunteer firefighter since 2001 and wrote this book while serving as a Lieutenant in his fire department. His father's passion for firefighting and his mother's passion for teaching were inspirations for his life and this book.
