The Discipleship Academy

The Discipleship Academy is a resource for pastors and leaders who are looking for a robust resource for the spiritual formation of leaders and new believers and includes five fundamental principles: (1) The School of Worshipers - drawing closer to Jesus; its focus is to teach believers how to develop an intimate spiritual life with Jesus Christ. Dr. Andino completed his postgraduate studies with Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston, Massachusetts, and his specialty is concentrated in the area of spiritual formation where he works tirelessly to provide the biblical foundations and contextual tools to present every believer as an approved worker. Joseph is married to his wife, Pastor and singer Abigail Andino, for the last 24 years, working together in ministry with a great passion for souls, a sincere love for the church, and a pleasant and contagious sense of humor.
