About the Author

Eelco Wijdicks is a Professor of Neurology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. He is also the Chair of the Division of Critical Care Neurology and a Consultant at the Neurological Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit in Saint Mary's Hospital, Mayo Clinic.
