Over the Sea

In 1981, three years after the conclusion of Beneath the Lights, Chad Anderson is still searching for the truth. His investigation into the organization that employed Stan Caprizza continues, although the authorities have concluded that Stan and his accomplice were acting alone in their pursuit of Evelyn. In addition, the appearance of a young prostitute leads him on another chase to find the persons responsible for her abduction.

The search leads him to a small coastal town in New Jersey, a mysterious fishing vessel, and a baffling overseas connection to Goa, India. As Chad digs deeper, he uncovers a much larger plot surrounding the events of 1978, including a more dangerous adversary than he ever expected.
