Al M. Rocca is Faculty Advisor for the CalState Teach Program, California State University, Monterey Bay and Professor Emeritus, Simpson University in Redding, California. He has written numerous books and articles on local history of northern California. His major work includes, "America's Master Dam Builder: The Engineering Genius of Frank T. Crowe."
