Lovina Eicher is the author of Amish Family Recipes, The Essential Amish Cookbook, and several other cookbooks. She writes the popular syndicated column Lovina's Amish Kitchen, which appears in dozens of newspapers around the United States as well as on a Facebook page with nearly nine thousand followers. Lovina and her husband Joe have eight children and a growing number of grandchildren. They live in rural Michigan.
