Description
"...experiments with both style and subject and explores both the whimsical, fun side of life and the profoundly sad." - Angie F., Goodreads.
"Demro has a gift for turning his unique observations into the universal experience." - Carol Kean, Goodreads.
Anywhere Imaginable is the place I go when writing poetry and my first full-length collection of work - comprising over 100 poems. Somewhere between Eating Ice Cream in the Flames and To The Moon, I hope you find a poem or two that resonates with you and stays with you throughout the years.
Ah! The Bookstore...
It's been so long
that I forgot
how elating
the aromatic smell of
new books
can be,
and as I wander
near the espresso bar
I realize
I still can't decide
which I prefer more:
the smell of new books
or fresh-brewed espresso,
but there's no need
to decide now
because I'm
basking in both at
the bookstore.
