About the Author
Bo Bently is the real McCoy. Before becoming an author, he lived a life that could be plucked right out of one of his novels. Haunted by a troubled home life, Bo was on his own early. Survival hinged on physical toughness and an iron will. Before leaving his teens, Bo had worked out west in a coal mine, a huge cattle ranch and a gun factory. For some of that time his home was a canvas tent in a vacant field or the back seat of a car. At twenty, Bo found Jesus. He became interested in all things religious. His studies took him on long theological journeys into spiritual truths. He has incorporated some of these truths into his writings. Next, Bo found the Military. Having an aptitude for languages, he learned several fluently. He wound up in the Military Intelligence Division where he was exposed to some frightening government truths that also haunted him. He has incorporated some of this knowledge into his writings. Despite his new findings, Bo continued to serve his country with honor and received accolades in physical fitness and marksmanship. His unit was called up to serve in the Persian Gulf War which ended shortly thereafter but an accident on a subsequent training mission forced Bo to leave the military with an honorable medical discharge. In a wheelchair, Bo entered college, emerging many years later with a double-major and a highly coveted spot on the National Dean's Honor List. Since then he has been a writer, speaker and teacher of History, Geography and Religion. Bo is a lover of freedom, adventure, the United States Constitution, family, God and truth and feels blessed to live in a country where the majority still honors those things. He wants it to stay that way.
