Description
Tony Stone is a teacher whose husband was killed in the line of duty. She accepted a teaching position several states away in a small town in the Arkansas Ozarks so that she can move forward with her life. Tony meets Jacob, and officer, on her first day; it didn't go well for either of them. Tony discovers that she was hired on Jacob's recommendation and that she's renting his family's cabin. She slowly begins to rebuild a life in the quaint community that includes Jacob and his grandson. Tony has to decide if loving an officer is worth the risk of another possible broken heart. This story is about change, struggles, inner healings, friendships, faith, and second chances.
