About the Author
Control Your Day is the final result of a work system I have been using and enhancing for the past 5 years. It has allowed me to stay on top of my workload and reduce the time and stress involved in dealing with the daily onslaught of email messages. I hear so many people complaining about how much time they spend trying to stay on top of their email, I truly believe this book can help. I grew up on the east coast of the U.S. and now live and work in Richmond, Virginia with my lovely wife, two boys and our chocolate Lab. I am an avid mountain biker and occasional marathoner. There is a companion site for the book at www.controlyourday.net and videos on YouTube (search for Jim McCullen). I want you to succeed with CYD, if you have any questions, post them on the CYD forum or contact me through the CYD website.
