Alongside her husband, Kenneth Leonard, Jr., the author serves as executive pastor at their church plant, the Purpose Place, in Spartanburg, South Carolina. A successful entrepreneur and owner of several businesses, she is the founder of the mentorship program iLead Escape, which focuses on cultivating and advancing the next generation of worship artists and culture leaders.
