John Senior is Director of the Art of Ministry, Assistant Professor of Practical Theology and Religious Leadership, and Director of the Collaborative for Religious Leadership. Senior directs the School of Divinity's Art of Ministry program, which includes its field education curriculum. Matt Floding is director of ministerial formation at Duke Divinity School. He is former chair of the Association for Theological Field Education and Editor of Welcome to Theological field education.
