Experimental Forests and Ranges of the USDA Forest Service

Since the original publication, Experimental Forests and Ranges have gained prominence and there has been significant progress in development of our network of Experimental Forests and Ranges. As we approach the 100th anniversary of Experimental Forests, we have commissioned two new experimental forests, added additional research areas and decommissioned two experimental forests.
