About the Author
Dr. Carr has been in the ministry since 1973 with three years in youth ministry and over 30 years of Pastoral ministry. He received his BA from Spring Arbor College in 1977. After pastoring four churches, Douglas had some encounters with the Spirit of God that led him on a search for the deeper things of the Spirit. This quest led him to a forty-day fast during which he sensed the call to complete his Masters and Doctorate through the Wagner Leadership Institute. Douglas has been a regional coordinator of the Strategic Prayer Network. He is a member of Breakthrough Apostolic Ministries Network under Barbara Yoder of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Douglas has ministered in healing and deliverance in the United States, Namibia, India and Mexico. Dr. Carr is a Deliverance Minister and the Pastor at His House Foursquare Church in Sturgis Michigan. Douglas, and his wife Pamela, are members of the International Society of Deliverance Ministers.
