Y.P. Thomas, born Christopher Nathaniel Thomas, was born and raised in Statesville NC. He graduated from Statesville High in 2003 and continued his education at Winston Salem State University where he was a scholarship athlete and graduated in 2008 with a B.A. In Mass Communications. Y.P. now serves as the Youth Pastor at Statesville Covenant Cathedral and reaches young people with his real life mentoring techniques.
