About the Author
Heather Holleman teaches composition classes at Penn State. Dr. Holleman earned the Moscow Prize for Excellence in Teaching Composition and Rackham's Most Outstanding Graduate Instructor Award while at the University of Michigan. She also served as a Sweetland Fellow in the University of Michigan Writing Center. At Penn State, Dr. Holleman directed the Excellence in Communication Certificate Program for the College of Liberal Arts while providing leadership and training for the Advanced Writing instructors.
