About the Author
Madge Falco is an introvert masquerading as an author. Her passion for introversion arose when she was promoted into a sales role with the medical device division of a Fortune 10 company. The transition from a more passive, ancillary role within her company to being on the front lines as an ambassador required her to confront her own introversion and utilize it to her benefit. Madge soon realized, however, that she could resolve the inherent conflict between her personality and the external expectations for her new role without understanding who she is, and more importantly, why the way she is. Her first book, "Introvert: A Scientific Explanation and Guide to an Introvert's Mind," is the introduction to a series of books on introversion that will allow others like to understand their personalities, then use them to pursue their own definitions of happiness without being limited by external expectations and pressures to conform to established social norms. Madge is a registered ultrasound technologist (RDMS, RVT & RMSK) with a leading manufacturer of global health care technology and one of the largest companies in the United States. She graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and an A.A.S from Argosy University - Twin Cities.
