About the Author
Drake Williams is an American who has lived in Western Europe for 10 years. He serves at the Tyndale Theological Seminary outside of Amsterdam. Students have come to this school from over 70 different countries to train to serve as pastors, teachers, and Christian workers. He is the Academic Dean and Professor of New Testament. He has written or edited several other books both scholarly and popular: Making Sense of the Bible: A Study of 10 Key Themes traced through Scripture (Kregel), Caspar Schwenckfeld: Eight Writings On Christian Beliefs (Pandora), The Wisdom of the Wise: the Presence and Function of Scripture in 1 Corinthians 1:18-3:23 (Brill), and My Brother's Keeper (Wipf and Stock). Prior to serving in the Netherlands, he served as a pastor at the Central Schwenkfelder Church in Worcester, PA. He continues to preach in various churches in Europe and in the USA.
