About the Author
Charles "C.J." Plogger is a pastor at the Ash Avenue Church of God in Moundsville, West Virginia. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado. The major for his degree is History and he minored in Criminal Justice. He has a Master of Divinity degree from the Anderson School of Theology and a Doctorate of Ministry from the Bethel Theological Seminary. On his days off, he is one of the tour guides for the West Virginia Penitentiary. He truly loves history and believes we should never let the love of history be history. He is the author of the book, One Step Closer, which is a six-month discipleship study. He loves his family, Janeen and three children, Jonathan, Anna, and Eden.
