About the Author
Dr. Michael Commini developed his experience in training and development while serving in the US Air Force during the 1980s. After leaving the Air Force, he co-founded TechNET Software TeKnowledgies(R) (TST). Among TST's clients were the Texas Naval JrROTC, The Saenger Organization, UPS(R), and Lanier Worldwide(R). In addition to his work with TST, Dr. Commini served in the 1990s as a college professor teaching electronics, mathematics, computer networking and data communications for ITT Technical Institute. He left in 1997 to found SpectrumIllusions, a web design company dedicated to supporting its clients in the use of a new fangled technology called the World Wide Web.
