Follow Michael Caputo's tutorials for every skill level to make gorgeous quilts and patchwork with 25 modern designs in an array of colorful fabrics. As well as being enjoyable to make, quilting and patchwork projects are a great way of upcycling scraps of fabric. Here, Michael Caputo shows you how to use this flourishing craft to make 25 innovative designs.
If you're a beginner, get started with a simple project such as a seat pillow or some bright coasters and placemats, then practice your skills further with a wonderful color wheel mini quilt.
There are full-size quilts which are perfect for more confident quilters, as you can really let your creativity take charge in choosing the fabrics and colors. And don't forget the reverse--one of Michael's trademarks is that the wrong side of the quilt is just as splendid as the right side.
The templates are included and there is a techniques section, as well as clear step-by-step artworks. All you need to do is choose some fun fabrics and you're ready to begin these inventive makes.
