Dr. Fuyu YANG is Professor works at Department of Grassland Science, College of Animal Sci.&Tech., China Agricultural University. He is also the Secretary-General of China Strategic Innovation Alliance of Forage Industry Tech., Deputy Director of Forage Engineering Technology Research Center of MOA, and researcher at National Energy R&D Centerfor Nonfood Biomass His main research areas are Forage production and quality evaluation: Forage stands establishment and management; forage harvest, yield and quality control; hay making and silage fermentation and preservation; forage quality test and evaluation.

Herbivorous animal production: Nutritive quality and digestive characteristic of forage; Influence of the nutritional value of the forage ration on the growing performance of animals; forage ration feeding strategy.

Bioenergy forage production: Bioenergy forage resources selecting and evaluation, cultivation, havesting and utilizing; planting energy grasses on marginal lands; growing and using biomass energy forages to reduce the level of CO2 emissions.
