To get enrolled in these programs, CTY conducts a screening test (SCAT(R)), which is designed above grade level to challenge the kids. Other prominent universities like Stanford, Northwest, also use SCAT(R) for selecting kids into their programs. Students are challenged in Verbal and Quantitative Aptitude skills through SCAT(R).
