Tu Bishevat - the 15th day of the Hebrew month Shevat - is a day of celebration for the renewal of trees and for all of nature. By the month of Shevat, the winter rains are mostly over and the period of budding and flowering is just beginning. It is the time when the sap begins to flow once again.
