About the Author
Jenny Land Mackenzie teaches English literature and creative writing at St. Johnsbury Academy in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. An accomplished poet and novelist, Jenny is also the author of The Spare Room, a historical novel for middle grade readers. Jenny graduated from Dartmouth College and holds graduate degrees from both Oxford and St. Andrews Universities.
