Description
Five Dr. Richard F. Fairchild, Professor of Religions at Fremont College, sequels to "Valley of the Gray Moon", set in Northern Ohio along Cleveland's Cuyahoga River and in the Sandusky - Bass Islands area and in Europe in the 1960s. The first involves a homeless man with bad feet found murdered under a bridge and a trial in Greece; the second begins in Ethiopia during WWII with the discovery of an ancient document and an East German defection, centered on the stolen document. The third involves the diary of a Confederate spy, and the sinking of Confederate ships by a Union Gunboat, with the final resolution occurring on Sandusky Bay. The next story is about a "murdered" priest and a wrongly convicted man, and the last involves attempts to sabotage a NASA facility. The Professor involves his wife and staff in the adventures, often upsetting Dean Harding, his superior at the college.
