Charles Hutson was born in a small town in Southern Illinois and has lived most of his life in such towns except for a couple of years out West in California and Oregon. While he attained a bachelor's degree in Art, with a minor in Art Education, he has spent most of his working years as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator...which has nothing at all to do with this story.
