About the Author
Jennifer Gerlach is a therapist based in the St Louis area in the US and specializes in working with young people. She has trained in Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and previously worked within a program for individuals in their first episode of psychosis. Jennifer experienced a psychosis diagnosis as a young adult and is herself in mental health recovery.
