About the Author
Dr. E. L. Squires, a pioneer in developing the techniques of embryo transfer for equine reproduction, was the former director of the Preservation of Equine Genetics Program at Colorado State University and the Gluck Equine Research Center at the University of Kentucky. He has been the recipient of multiple awards, including the Young Scientist Award from the American Society of Animal Science and the Distinguished Service in Equine Science Award from the Equine Nutrition and Physiology Society.
