To this end, the book covers not only the use of the calculator, but also emphasizes the theoretical background needed to provide a strong basis for this use. Although the text is oriented to resistive circuits, almost all of the methods presented here are applicable to ac circuits, in the phasor domain, when complex impedances and admittances are used.
