About the Author
Dr. Ramesh R Kulkarni is an associate professor at KIMS, Karnataka University, Dharwad. He has an M.Sc. in Statistics, an MBA and a Ph.D in Commerce & Management from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has more than 18 years of teaching experience for UG and PG courses in Management.

He has published and presented several research papers in various National and International publications and at seminars in India and abroad.

Dr. Shrinivas R Patil is a professor and director at the IEMS B-School, Hubli. He did his PG in Management and Commerce with a doctoral degree in Management. He has been teaching an MBA course for the last 15 years and also carrying out research activities in various areas of management. Dr. Patil has authored 41 research publications on various issues relating to the stock market and foreign exchange market, particularly with a global perspective.

Dr. Patil's research interests are focused on international financial management and the security market with special focus on the Indian economy.

Mr. Rajashekhar R Navalagi is a research scholar in Karnataka University, Dharwad. He obtained his MBA from Kousali Institute of Management Studies, Karnataka University, Dharwad. He also has an M.Phil degree to his credit. He has 13 years of corporate experience in the area of Learning and Development. His areas of interest include Brand Management, Advertising, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, etc.

Mr. Rangappa K Yaraddi is presently a research scholar at KIMS Karnataka University, Dharwad. He was a Principal (In-Charge) of Krupanidhi College, Bangalore. He obtained his engineering degree from VTU Belgaum, Karnataka and an MBA in Information Systems from MKU, Madurai. He has 10 years of teaching experience in UG and PG courses. His areas of interest include ERP, MIS, Business analytics, Business communications, etc.
