Adi Jaffe, PhD, is a research psychologist, addiction specialist, and founder of IGNTD-Igniting Lives Beyond Limits. A nationally-recognized speaker and expert on mental health and stigma, he presents keynotes, workshops, and online programs for lay audiences, therapists, and recovery professionals. He has shared his own story, research, and cultural and psychological insights on The Dr. Oz Show, Good Morning America, CNN, and more. His TEDx talk on shame has been seen by nearly 500,000 people.Dr. Jaffe's work and research focus on changing the way Americans think about and deal with mental health issues, including the processes of addiction and change.
