About the Author
Diana Clark specializes in addiction and families. Diana designed and developed the Family Healing Strategies workshops specifically for family members of addicts and alcoholics, and she facilitates the workshops in conjunction with addiction services facilities/programs across the East Coast. Diana has helped hundreds of families through the Family Healing Strategies workshops, her audio book "What Love Looks Like: When Your Adult Child Struggles with Addiction," her lecture series, and her intervention and individual family coaching services. Diana is a force of clear speech, logic, and loving acceptance, moving families to engage in behaviors that aid in the recovery process. She offers a calm, compassionate and logical voice during a time of family turmoil. With a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England Graduate School, Diana has experience as a therapist, interventionist, and consultant addressing issues of addiction and chemical dependency. Prior to her work in counseling psychology, she was a practicing labor and employment attorney, advising employers about the need for well-defined, compassionate, and enforceable workplace policies.
