About the Author
Christian Ballenger is a pastor and worship leader, currently serving on staff at Chicago Tabernacle. A native of Detroit, Michigan, he gave his heart to the Lord at the age of 10 after attending a youth choir rehearsal in a small church on the west side. It was there that his love for music ministry was born. He came to Chicago in 2007, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Saint Xavier University, and felt God call him to full-time ministry. Christian's heart is for everyone to have a personal encounter with God, and he expresses this through writing, teaching, and music. He is happily married to Heidi and together they have a beautiful son, Marshall.
