About the Author
José Antonio Crespo es doctor en Historia por la Universidad Iberoamericana. En la actualidad se desempeña como profesor e investigador en el CIDE y pertenece al programa de estÃmulos para la investigación y la docencia del CONACYT, institución que lo reconoce -como a muy pocos otros investigadores en el área de humanidades- con el Nivel II del SNI. Crespo es colaborador de diferentes periódicos y revistas, entre los que destaca El Universal y Excelsior, y comentarista de diversos programas de radio y televisión, entre los que debe mencionarse su colaboración en el noticiero de Carmen Aristegui.
