Now with his latest book, The Shepherd, he tells the story of a young man's journey and the teachings of a wise, old shepherd. Thus, we are quickly introduced to Yasser, a shepherd boy who was found bloodied and bruised at his parents' house's doorstep. With chapped lips, the little shepherd is only able to ask: Are the sheep well? Just like that, the author takes us inside the rewarding but dangerous life of a shepherd. As he learns to care for his flock, the old man teaches him the secrets of the Shepherd's Psalm. Using the life of a sheep shepherd as an analogy, José Luis carefully contrasts the life of the church pastor with the life of the shepherd. About the Author
JOSÉ LUIS NAVAJO comenzó a ejercer funciones pastorales a los 17 años de edad. En la actualidad forma parte del cuerpo pastoral de la Iglesia Buen Pastor, en Madrid, y compagina esas funciones con un ministerio intraeclesial mediante el cual imparte conferencias y ministra en el ámbito nacional e internacional. Asimismo, es profesor en el Seminario Bíblico de Fe y escritor, con diecisiete libros publicados por diversos sellos editoriales. José Luis y su esposa, Gene, llevan 34 años casados, tienen dos hijas: Querit y Miriam, y tres nietos: Emma, Ethan y Oliver.
