About the Author
Michael W. Pearson is a trial lawyer with extensive civil litigation experience, on matters including complex litigation, personal injury and wrongful death cases, including aircraft accidents. He also handles FAA enforcement cases for a variety of Part 91, 121 and 135 clients. He is currently the managing member at the Phoenix, Arizona law firm Curry, Pearson & Wooten, PLC and licensed to practice law in several state and federal court jurisdictions. Michael Pearson and the firm are both rated 'AV' by Martindale Hubbell. Pearson and the firm are listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
