My teenage brain is a book of poems about my experiences with mental health. I feel that poetry is a great way of getting your emotions out instead of keeping it bottled up, I wanted to make this book to spread awareness about mental health. Trigger warning mentions of: sexual assault, self harm, and suicidal topics. writing this book at 15 has meant a lot to me so I hope you all enjoy: )
