Description
As much as we try to resist, endings happen all the time: the end of a breath, the end of the day, the end of a relationship, and ultimately the end of life. Each end is accompanied by a new beginning, although it is not always obvious what that beginning will bring us. In As We Live, We Die, Pema Chödrön shares her wisdom for working with the flow of life, living with ease, joy, and compassion despite uncertainty, and ultimately preparing for death with curiosity and openness. This book also gives us practical methods to transform the most difficult emotions into a path of awakening and love.
