About the Author

Kyoko Imamura is the director of the Asahi Nihonbashi Hamacho Osteopathic Clinic. She is a judo therapist and acupuncturist. She was born in Osaka prefecture. When he was in high school, he was injured while running track and field (middle distance running) and became interested in body maintenance and learned various types of body care. At the age of twenty-one, he started working at an osteopathic clinic focusing on post-operative rehabilitation for the elderly; meanwhile, he was researching ways to reduce pain and body stiffness. At twenty-eight, she focused on treatments to improve posture and alleviate various ailments. Her clients were businesswomen.
