Description
Realmente quieres volver a querer? ENGLISH DESCRIPTION The most outstanding and high-profile coach is back. We can love clients, colleagues, even bosses; obviously not in the same way as we do the loved-ones we've chosen in life. After spending a long time with the same people (both professionally and personally) the routine takes its toll and love fades away. How can we recover or maintain this love in the work place?
Through a five-phase analysis we will be able to decide and understand what to do to keep love alive in any field:
Do you really want to love again?
If you can't change your job, what attitude do you have about it?
Do you take responsibility for rekindling the flame of love or are you waiting for it to arise?
Can we recreate the process of falling in love step by step to find or get back the motivation in our day to day work?
Can we take responsibility for the continuity of love in our lives? The decision is in your hands, are you just surviving or do you resolve to live well?
When I ask people about love, they immediately think of children, couples, family, pets... They have rarely told me about work, colleagues, clients, bosses...
It's curious because love is defined as a feeling of lively affection and inclination towards a person or thing for whom you wish the best. And I think: well, we can love clients, colleagues, and even bosses. Customers to buy from us, colleagues to put up with us (and vice versa), bosses to take us into consideration. Just think, you surely spend more time with them than with the people you really love or have chosen in life. When we fall out of love with the people around us (both professionally and personally) the easiest thing is to throw the relationship overboard, blame others, and break up or decide to keep going, but unhappily. However, the question we must ask ourselves is: what am I doing to maintain that relationship?
