Cynthia A. Cochran is an Associate Professor of English at Illinois College, USA. She is a writing studies expert with 30 years of experience directing writing centers and working with writing across the curriculum and writing programs. Cindy has an MS in Education from the University of Illinois and a PhD in English from Carnegie Mellon University.

Luke Beatty is a Library Director and an Associate Professor of Library Science at St. Ambrose University, USA. He has worked in academic libraries for over a decade. Luke has an MLIS and an MEd from the University of Western Ontario.
